About
I studied Japanese Studies and Theater- Film- and Media Science at the Johann-Wolfgang-Goethe University in Frankfurt/Main. In 2008, I graduated and enrolled at the Seminar for East Asian Studies, University of Zurich, for the PhD.
From July 2011 until the end of March 2012, I am conducting research in Tokyo, funded by a scholarship from the German Institute for Japanese Studies.
From April on, I will continue my research as part of a project funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation.
